Our Board

SOLE is led by a volunteer Board of Directors, elected by the general membership for a three-year term. SOLE’s bylaws divide the Board into two groups: four member directors, elected to the positions of President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary, and three non-member directors who serve as advisors.
